1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Capryntix S.A. platform (hereinafter, 'the Platform'), you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please refrain from using the site. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any future modifications.
2. Description of service
Capryntix operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Argentina. The Platform provides information about projects, enables communication between interested parties, and offers tools for tracking construction progress. Capryntix does not act as a financial institution or as a stock broker.
3. Requirements for use
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law. By registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Capryntix reserves the right to verify users' identities in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 25,246).
4. Investment risks
Investments in real estate crowdlending carry inherent risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Each project presents its own risks associated with market, construction, regulatory, and economic factors. We recommend that you carefully evaluate each opportunity and, if necessary, consult an independent financial advisor before investing.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Capryntix S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law No. 11,723) and international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. User obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to: not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes; not attempt to access restricted areas of the system; not transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code; provide truthful information in all your interactions; and respect the rights of other users and of Capryntix S.A.
7. Limitation of liability
Capryntix S.A. does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the absence of errors. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for services, to the extent permitted by Argentine law.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
10. Modifications
Capryntix S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about updates.
